The Barn is another delightful courtyard property on two floors. The whole upper floor comprises a large sitting/dining room with breakfast kitchen at one end. From the sitting room french windows lead to a balcony giving panoramic views over the Firth and with stairs to the patio garden below.

On the ground floor are three bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin/double also with en-suite shower room and a further twin. A bathroom with corner bath and bidet completes the facilities.

The kitchens are fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living rooms have digital TV with DVD recorder and hi-fi system for your favourite CDs and tapes. The bathrooms and shower-rooms have a hand-basin and WC. There is plenty of parking space adjacent to each property.

All cottages are inspected each year by the Scottish Tourist Board and The Barn continues to be awarded the coveted Four Star Quality Grading
